📄 Terms of Service
1. Services
We provide a range of freelance services including (but not limited to):
Web and mobile app development (Full-Stack)
UX/UI and graphic design
Digital marketing, content creation, SEO
QA testing and project management
Technical consulting and infrastructure setup
Each project will be governed by a mutually agreed-upon scope, timeline, and deliverables.
2. Project Engagement
All work begins upon written agreement (email or signed contract) and/or initial payment.
Project updates will be provided regularly through your chosen communication channel (e.g. Slack, email, Trello).
Changes to scope may affect timeline and cost.
3. Payments and Billing
Payment terms are defined per project, typically as hourly rates, milestones, or fixed pricing.
Invoices are due within 7–14 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur a 5% late fee per month.
All prices exclude applicable taxes and transaction fees unless specified.
4. Intellectual Property
All final deliverables become the Client’s property upon full payment.
The Team retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any third-party assets (e.g. fonts, stock imagery, code libraries) will be licensed appropriately and disclosed.
5. Confidentiality
All client information, materials, and communications will be treated as confidential.
We may sign a mutual NDA if required.
The Client agrees not to disclose proprietary tools or methods used by the Team without written consent.
6. Revisions and Feedback
Reasonable rounds of revisions are included in most projects; specific terms will be outlined per contract.
Major changes beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.
7. Liability and Warranty
Services are provided "as is." We do our best to ensure high-quality outcomes, but we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or business disruptions.
Bug fixes and performance issues will be addressed within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
In case of termination, the Client will be invoiced for completed work up to the termination date.
No refunds for completed and approved deliverables.
9. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve all issues amicably. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution before pursuing legal action.
Jurisdiction and governing law will be determined based on mutual agreement or project-specific contracts.
